You will be familiar with the term coaching from its use in the sporting field; the coach works with individual athletes to help them achieve peak performance. In a similar way coaching is used in a business environment to help individuals improve their performance.
The techniques used in coaching may include goal setting, exploring options and help to look at the things that get in the way of us achieving what we want.
Career Coaching can therefore be very helpful if you want help to build your confidence, to generate ideas, to make decisions as to the best career option and to help you move from decision to action. It can also help with practical things like CV writing and interview practice.
Career Coaching with Career Inspiration
We provide individual coaching either face to face or on the phone to support you with finding a role that is right for you. In addition in these credit crunch times a number of people are facing potential redundancy. If you are in this difficult position we can help you with a tailored coaching approach, delivering coaching either on the phone or face to face.
Packages of coaching are available from £150, with one off sessions costing £50.
