Our career workshops in Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey are for up to 12 people and run from 10am - 2pm to allow them to be accessible to people with school age children.

Workshop 1 - Get the job you want
This one day workshop will support you to develop the tools and techniques you need to find and get your ideal job. You will receive advice on drafting a CV, and practice at answering interview questions with confidence as well as tips and techniques for finding the job opportunities that aren't advertised in newspapers journals or on web-sites.
After this programme you will:
- Have a better understanding of your skills and successes
- Be able to write an up to date achievement orientated CV
- Understand more about effective job search techniques
- Have practiced answering specific interview questions, talking about your experience and skills in a way that matches the requirements of the job
This programme runs as a one day session from 9.45am - 2.30pm

Workshop 2 - Create your Career Change
4 modules over an eight week period

If you are thinking of doing something completely different but are not sure what, or have some ideas but haven't yet worked these through, then this series of workshops may be what you are looking for.
Whether you want to change career or think broadly about your options for returning to work, including considering both employment and self-employment, you'll find the combination of exercises and discussions stimulating and enlightening.
During the programme you'll be able to reflect on your skills, interests, values, strengths and personality as this is an important part of building the jig-saw to determine your future career.
You will need to do some exercises before and between the sessions and will also be collecting career ideas throughout the period - both from other delegates and your own research.
By the end of the course of workshops, you will have decided on up to 3 potential career options and will have developed an action plan to get you from where you are now to achieveing your career goals.
