Taking career decisions is all about identifying options and making choices, so Career Inspiration provides three support options so that you have the flexibility to shape your career search to fit with your individual needs and budget.
What are the options?
Individual coaching - telephone or face-to-face.
Workshops - one-off job search jump-start workshops or a career change course which runs over 8 weeks.
Workshops with personal coaching - combine the benefits of group discussion with one-to-one coaching so you can dedicate extra time to your biggest career search challenges.
Who will you work with?
Career Inspiration was formed by Sue Nunn, an experienced HR professional and coach with a passion for seeing people find the right roles. Her enthusiasm comes not just from her experience in helping others but also from her personal path to finding the right career for her. Sue leads our coaching team and facilitates most of our workshops.
In the workshops, you'll have an opportunity to meet and work with others facing similar career decisions and job search challenges. Through sharing ideas and working on individual and group exercises, you'll have the opportunity to gain the benefit of others experiences and perspectives on the job market as well as feedback on your personal style.
